Mold Inspection

Even in the arid climate of Wyoming, mold growth is common in buildings.  Mold can be invisible to the eye, and is often odorless.  It can be found on most surfaces and can cause respiratory or neurologic problems for people who occupy mold-containing buildings.  Mold growth frequently develops after a water leak or flooding has occurred.  If you suspect that mold may be present in your building, our mold inspections utilize infrared imaging, visual inspection, and sampling as indicated.  Mold sampling consists of air testing and/or surface sampling, with analysis of potentially contaminated materials at a certified laboratory.  If your building contains mold and mitigation services have been performed, Fremont Safety can also perform post-mitigation clearance testing to verify that the hazardous condition has been remediated.

Our licensed and certified inspection team provides reports that comply with Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements. We use only certified laboratories for analysis and testing to make sure that your results are accurate and reliable. All of our services include detailed reports with comprehensive inspection findings and user-friendly formatting.
